The Camera SDK is platform independent and built using Scalado's™ Image Processing platform, which has been used in over 1 billion mobile devices around the world. The platform is optimized for high performance on constrained devices.

The Scalado Camera Framework is a version of the camera SDK that has been optimized for different Operating Systems (e.g. for Android). It contains a hardware requirement specification that describes what is needed in the hardware to enable the vertical implementation on an application level.
