Anders Lidbeck
Chairman of the Board
Anders Lidbeck was the President and Chief Executive Officer at Telelogic AB 1998 until 2008, when the company was acquired by IBM. He has a background within Nokia Data and ICL and among other positions he was the Managing Director for ICL Direct Benelux and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at ICL Industry Systems Europe. During his period as the Chief Executive Officer of Telelogic, Mr. Lidbeck took the company public and increased the company's revenue 10 times. Mr. Lidbeck is the Chairman of the Board at both ENEA and Creandum and holds as Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Lunds University.
Kim Wiencken
Board Member
Kim Wiencken has significant experience from both the software and venture capital industry. He has worked as an advisor for a number of European venture capital managers and in particular with venture backed ICT companies in Scandinavia and Germany. He is further part of the Faculty at Scandinavian International Management Institute, where he advises companies on growth and development issues. Previously Mr. Wiencken has held senior positions in SAP, Oracle, and Deloitte Consulting and has through these positions a strong insight into the ICT sector.
Lennart Gustafson
Board Member
Lennart Gustafson has totally more than 30 years of experience from the IT-industry and started his career with product specification and development within large international companies such as Facit-Addo, Datasaab and Ericsson Information Systems. In the mid 80-ties he was one of the founders to the company Gandalf, which later became one of the largest Swedish PC-distributors and was introduced on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 1997. Mr. Gustafson held several various leading position within Gandalf until the year 2000, when he instead turned to venture capital business and joined Industrifonden, the leading Swedish venture capital player.
Mats Lindoff
Board Member
Mats Lindoff was Chief Technology Officer at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications 2003-2009. Previous to this he had both a career within Ericsson as well as holding the position of CEO and President of "C- Technologies". In 1993 Mats became Director & General Manager at Ericsson in RTP North Carolina for building the R&D center for American cellular standards in joint venture with GE. Mr. Lindoff holds a Master Degree in Electronic Engineering, and an Hr Dr Degree from Lunds Institute of technology in Sweden 2007.
Per Aspemar
Board Member
Per Aspemar became CEO of the venture capital firm Teknoseed in 2008. Prior to this he spent 11 years at Ericsson Mobile Communications and Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications whereof 9 years at Vice President level in various roles including Head of BU Accessories, Head of Smartphone Product Development and Head of Corporate Strategy. Mr. Aspemar was also a board member of Symbian Ltd 2002-2008. He holds a MBA degree from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Economics from Växjö University. He also spent two years in the Swedish Army.
Esa Niemi
Board Member
Esa Niemi has been working as an Executive in Finland, Germany, USA and Sweden within Mechanical and Plastics Industry, latest at Nolato working for ten years towards the global Mobile Phone and Telecommunication Industry. Mr Niemi holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu in Finland.
Pierre Elzouki
Board Member
Pierre Elzouki is the born entrepreneur with a history of three successful small-sized companies over the last decade and has a true visionary spirit. He started Scalado™ while finishing his Masters degree in electronics at Lund Institute of Technology (LTH). Mr. Elzouki laid the foundations for the company structure and was the CEO for Scalado™ during the first two operational years until the end of August 2002 when Mr. Mats Jacobson replaced him.
