Kim Wiencken has significant experience from both the software and venture capital industry. He has worked as an advisor for a number of European venture capital managers and in particular with venture backed ICT companies in Scandinavia and Germany. He is further part of the Faculty at Scandinavian International Management Institute, where he advises companies on growth and development issues. Previously Mr. Wiencken has held senior positions in SAP, Oracle, and Deloitte Consulting and has through these positions a strong insight into the ICT sector.
Lennart Gustafson has totally more than 30 years of experience from the IT-industry and started his career with product specification and development within large international companies such as Facit-Addo, Datasaab and Ericsson Information Systems. In the mid 80-ties he was one of the founders to the company Gandalf, which later became one of the largest Swedish PC-distributors and was introduced on the Stockholm Stock Exchange in 1997. Mr. Gustafson held several various leading position within Gandalf until the year 2000, when he instead turned to venture capital business and joined Industrifonden, the leading Swedish venture capital player.
Esa Niemi has been working as an Executive in Finland, Germany, USA and Sweden within Mechanical and Plastics Industry, latest at Nolato working for ten years towards the global Mobile Phone and Telecommunication Industry. Mr Niemi holds a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oulu in Finland.
Pierre Elzouki is the born entrepreneur with a history of three successful small-sized companies over the last decade and has a true visionary spirit. He started Scalado™ while finishing his Masters degree in electronics at Lund Institute of Technology (LTH). Mr. Elzouki laid the foundations for the company structure and was the CEO for Scalado™ during the first two operational years until the end of August 2002 when Mr. Mats Jacobson replaced him.
